六甲山山麓共生圏

六甲山山麓共生圏は、

土壌・樹木・風景をコモンズ（地域で守り育てる共有資源）として維持する共生の場です。

人と自然が継続的に関わりながら、生態系を共に育てていくことを目的としています。

本圏は次の三層で構成されています。

① 内圏（管理層）

土壌・樹木・景観を管理・設計し、共生圏全体の維持を担います。

② 共生圏民（年拠出）

共生拠出金を通じて参加し、環境維持や活動に継続的に関与します。

共生圏内には、それぞれが生態系の手入れや育成に関わることのできる領域が設けられており、

参加者はその関与を通じて環境の維持と循環に加わります。

これらは土地や作物の所有・賃借を目的とするものではなく、

生態系の保全と育成への参与として位置づけられます。

③ 来訪圏（限定公開）

年数回のみ開かれる来訪参加。

共生圏の風景と活動を共有します。

Rokko Mountain Foothills Commons

The Rokko Mountain Foothills Commons is a space of coexistence where soil, trees, and landscape are maintained as shared commons — resources collectively cared for and sustained by the local community.

Through ongoing relationships between people and nature, the Commons aims to cultivate and regenerate the ecosystem together over time.

The Commons is structured in three layers:

1. Inner Circle (Stewardship Layer)

Responsible for the design, management, and long-term care of soil, trees, and landscape,

supporting the overall continuity of the Commons.

2. Commons Members (Annual Contribution)

Participants join through an annual stewardship contribution and remain continuously involved in environmental care and activities.

Within the Commons, designated areas are available where members may engage in the care and cultivation of the ecosystem.

Through such involvement, participants take part in the maintenance and natural cycles of the environment.

These engagements do not constitute ownership or leasing of land or crops,

but are understood as participation in ecosystem stewardship and regeneration.

3. Visiting Circle (Limited Access)

Open only a few times each year,allowing visitors to experience and share the landscape and activities of the Commons.

The Commons is not intended for ownership or use of agricultural products,

but as an open framework for participation in the living ecosystem.

The Rokko Mountain Foothills Commons is established within a designated area of the Rokko Mountain Foothills Natural Farm.
