六甲山の山水を田畑へ直接引き込み、
野菜・穀物・山菜などを育てています。
北向き斜面の里山気候のもと、
無農薬・無施肥・不耕起による
少量多品目の自然農を行っています。
ビニールハウスやマルチ等、
土に還りにくい資材は使用していません。
一方で、他の農法を否定する立場でもありません。
yamsai 名義にて
出店・移動販売・宅配発送を行っています。

Pure mountain water from Mt. Rokko flows directly into the fields, where vegetables, grains, and wild plants are cultivated.
A diverse natural farm practicing cultivation without pesticides, fertilizers, or tillage, adapted to the cool satoyama climate of a north-facing slope.
We avoid materials that do not return gently to the earth, while respecting diverse approaches to agriculture.
Market stalls, mobile sales, and direct delivery are operated under the name yamsai.
